Warranty Claim Submissions
Following the simple steps outlined below when you submit a warranty claim will allow us to process your credits quickly.
- Fill out the warranty form completely. Call your local branch for additional forms.
- Mail or fax the form to your local branch. If parts are being returned, include the warranty submission with the parts shipment.
- Parts Return :
- Part less than one year old must be returned with the warranty form.
- Parts more than a year old must be held your warehouse until you are notified that the warranty claim has been approved.
- Keep one copy for your records.
