Warranty Claim Submissions

Following the simple steps outlined below when you submit a warranty claim will allow us to process your credits quickly.

1. Fill out the warranty form completely. Call your local branch for additional forms.
2. Mail or fax the form to your local branch. If parts are being returned, include the warranty submission with the parts shipment.
3. Parts Return :
   1. Part less than one year old must be returned with the warranty form.
   2. Parts more than a year old must be held your warehouse until you are notified that the warranty claim has been approved.
4. Keep one copy for your records.
5. If you have questions or wish to check the status of your warranty, contact your local branch office.
